**THE ROLE**
We are seeking Customer Liaison Officer to join our high performing Sales team on a full-time basis, reporting to the NSW Sales Manager. You will be proactively supporting the customers from their deposit to contract signing stage, with focus on assisting the customer during their journey with Clarendon Homes.
**Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to**:
- Scheduling customer tender and contract meetings with respective Tender and Contract presenters.
- Proactively contact the customer to follow up on the progress of the contract and to assist on any queries.
- Liaise with key internal contacts to ensure documentation is prepared prior to customer appointments.
- Provide updates to the Sales Manager and Operations Manager on the pre-Tender/Contract sales process and make recommendations where necessary.
- Liaise with other departments (e.g., Estimating, Drafting, Customer Service) and take necessary action in the contract process.
**To be successful for this role you'll need**:
- Strong customer service & Problem-solving approach.
- Background in Tenders and contract presenting.
- Strong business acumen.
- Certificate 4 in Building and Construction is nice to have.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while liaising with multiple teams.
