We are currently searching for an experienced People/Human Resources Specialist, with previous experience developing, managing and implementing Human Resources projects and managing support office recruitment.

This is a 6 to 7 month maternity leave contract.

Based in North Ryde, this role, reporting to the General Manager People, will suit an experienced problem solver who has strong recruitment experience.

You will be a hands on, team player and ready to assist the greater People team as required. This varies from HR Advice through to assisting in recruitment.

You will have strong generalist experience and excellent stakeholder management. Previous retail or FMCG experience would be highly regarded.

The role:

- Lead, develop and implement HR programs in line with strategic priorities
- Lead the review and analysis of company polices and procedures
- Support the HR leadership team to develop and implement the employee value proposition
- Support the recruitment process for all support office recruitment
- Provide support and advice and award interpretation to the business as required
- Have experience driving multiple HR projects and have been part of the inception to execution stage
- You will have proven experience in a HR role that requires multitasking, consultation and working across multiple sites and supporting multiple business partners
- Previous experience in a retail or multi site environment in a true HR generalist role
- Strong recruitment experience will be highly regarded
- Have tertiary HR Qualifications or equivelent
- Be extremely hands on and very administrative driven.
- Exceptional relationship and decision making skills are a must
