Our industry is unique, and your experience in demonstrating empathy and sensitivity when dealing with end-of-life related inquiries is key. This is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge across the funeral industry and the InvoCare brands whilst being the initial contact point for our families.

**Your new role**:
As a Customer Care Centre Co-ordinator, you will help support families through a pivotal time in their lives. This is achieved by delivering our services to client families through a culture of CARE and empathy. Not only will you be joining a nationally recognised customer care centre you will also become part of our wider operations team - one of the highest engaged areas in InvoCare. **The role primarily involves**:
Being a first point of contact for families in the initial steps for arranging a funeral

Organising transportation of a loved one into our care

Delivering a strong customer experience

Assisting with enquiry follow-up and assorted calls relating to our funeral home brands and cemetery and crematoria memorial parks

**We are looking for extraordinary people to fulfil the shift patterns of Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm, or Monday, Tuesday, Friday - Sunday - 7am to 3pm you must be available to work across our North Sydney location, there is also opportunities in our Granville location if preferred.
