As an Operations Associate at EverWell, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our operational tools and systems. You’ll be the go-to person for maintaining data accuracy, timeliness, and availability, enabling our Revenue Operations and customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Keeping operations running smoothly by completing data clean up and administration tasks across various operational tools
- Responding to and executing requests from our customer facing teams
- Executing key customer impacting processes and working inside our CRM (Salesforce) occasionally to help build new functionality or make improvements
- Writing documentation and completing basic reporting to support the team.

**Skills and experience**
- 2 Years' Experience in a similar role or a strong background in Administration, ideally within a SaaS or IT environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and data integrity, ensuring operational processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
- Some CRM knowledge is ideally, or familiar with SalesForceB
- Comfortable using various software tools and systems including Excel. Basic understanding of data management tools and processes is a plus
- Ability to identify issues and contribute to finding solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and collaborate with internal teams.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with peers and cross-functional teams, supporting shared goals and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Eagerness to develop new skills and take on new challenges, with a proactive approach to personal and professional growth.
