Recycling has been on-trend, and our mission is to be a full-service high-end designer consignment boutique that contributes towards sustainable fashion.

Are you passionate about retail and ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team and help us drive success in our store.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. From leading and motivating our team to providing exceptional customer service, you'll be instrumental in creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers.
- Previous women's fashion retail management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, and occassional public holidays, if required.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledgeable and passionate about high-end, designer fashion;
- Presents and communicates with confidence;
- Applies personal etiquette at all times whilst on the shop floor;
- Enjoys variety and is prepared to be flexible with duties and times; and
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and merchandising.
- Support with producing social media content (limited).
- Lead by example by providing outstanding customer service and resolving customer issues effectively.
- Support the training and development of store associates to ensure they deliver excellent service and meet sales goals.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in analyzing sales performance and implementing strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.Provision of customer service, including greeting customers, providing fitting room assistance and general fashion advice; and
- Developing strategies for loss prevention (theft).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $26.18 - $32.73 per hour

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Fashion retail management: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English fluently (required)
