**Client Profile**

Our client is a leading hospitality group that owns and operate a diverse portfolio of very successful venues in Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland and Queenstown, and they are still expanding. Added to their success, their approach to staff development, training, processes and procedures is widely recognised and they are a true employer of choice.

Working closely with the entire business this role will be responsible for
- Ensuring payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Providing leadership and mentoring to the payroll team
- Uphold high standards and protocols across the business unit
- Developing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Working collaboratively with the operational team
- Identifying process improvements and implementing positive change

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience managing payroll within a hospitality or similar business
- An analytical approach to reviewing data and ensuring compliance
- A passion for accuracy and high level reporting, a real eye for detail
- Sound understanding of all relative awards, taxation, Fair Work, NES and all other associated legislation
- Expert computer skills primarily across Word, Excel and Outlook

**Offer**

This role offers a salary of circa $140,000 plus super with other company benefits including parking onsite.
