- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, further education in post-graduate education will be viewed favourably (Masters of Applied Finance, CFA)
- 4+ years' M&A based experience within Investment Banking, Corporate Advisory or Big 4 M&A
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Effective project management skills to handle complex, multifaceted M&A transactions
- Deep understanding of financial statements and financial modelling
- You will demonstrate a high level of initiative and pro-activity in all aspects of your approach
- You should be passionate about the industry and demonstrate enthusiasm and a drive to expand your knowledge
- A strong desire to learn and succeed, strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
