As the Construction Manager you play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects, collaborating with talented professionals and making a meaningful impact on the built environment.
- Lead and manage all aspects of a construction project from initiation to completion.
- Develop construction management & methodology plans and support the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to provide project updates and resolve any conflicts or issues.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications in construction management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role, preferably within the construction of major oil and gas facilities or process plants.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
