This is a fast, consultative sales role where you turn briefs into memorable events. You’ll work warm opportunities, shape solutions with clients, and champion speakers you’re proud to represent — all with hybrid flexibility and a close, supportive team.

**Your week might look like**
- Listening to a client brief and recommending spot-on speaker options
- Owning key industry segments and nurturing repeat business
- Prospecting and managing leads in **Salesforce**:

- Crafting creative, persuasive proposals that win
- Coordinating with speakers and our internal team to deliver flawlessly

**You’ll shine if you**
- Bring **5+ years** of sales experience (events or talent/agency a plus)
- Are proactive, relationship-driven, and energised by closing the deal
- Write clearly, present confidently, and negotiate with ease
- Build trust with senior stakeholders and support high-profile personalities
- Thrive in a candid, collaborative, high-standards team
