---------------------------------------------------------------------------------**岗位职责**

1. 负责司机的日常管理和服务支持工作，定期培训规范司机行为

2. 协助骑手进行账号的创建和后续的配置

3. 增强骑手与平台之间的连接，促进骑手的参与感并对业务成本和司机服务质量负责;
5. 监督司机日常服务流程、服务规范、管理规定的落实工作

6. 针对客户的反馈增强送餐效率

7. 帮助各个部门进行相关业务的处理，发现司机切实的问题时，对司机进行约谈，按公司规定对司机进行培训和指导;
8. 执行公司指派的任务，解决日常司机出现的各种问题，并向总部提出改进意见等

**岗位要求：**
- 有耐心和服务精神，能主动协助部门工作
- 对配送和运营工作有较高的热情，充分理解多劳多得的意义；
- 性格坚韧，思维敏捷，具备良好的应变能力和承压能力；
- 具有一定的数据分析能力，能熟练掌握基本的办公软件
- 具备独立处理各类突发问题的能力
- 会开车有驾照
- 有合法的澳洲签证
- 会基本的英语沟通能力

Pay: From $1,000.00 per week
