About the Role

This is a dual-role position combining digital marketing responsibilities with sales engagement. You will work closely with both our marketing and client advisory teams to build brand visibility, attract leads, and support client acquisition and conversion. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and English, with experience or a strong interest in marketing, communication, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content across platforms (e.g., WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, LinkedIn)

• Plan and implement online marketing campaigns targeting Mandarin-speaking audiences

• Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure content quality and consistency

• Track and analyze digital performance metrics to improve strategy

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin and English

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Background in marketing, communications, or sales preferred

• Experience with social media management, content creation, or customer service is a plus

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Understanding of international student or immigration-related services is desirable
