**About the Role**
We are seeking for passionate and motivated team member to join our dynamic team as **Admin Assistant** based in **Fyshwick, ACT**.
If you are a fast learner and enjoy multitasking environment and meeting people with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, then this role will provide you with immense opportunity for job satisfaction.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Direct customer liaison and provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Process orders entries and complete all dispatch documentation.
- Control of orders in line with customer requirements.
- Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely orders and deliveries.
- Handle local deliveries and pick-ups effectively and safely.
**Ideally, we are seeking someone with exceptional common sense and a 'can-do' attitude, to work within a challenging yet rewarding work environment. To be successful in this role**:
- Possess strong work ethic, professional, and a self-starter.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make positive contribution within the team.
- Good planning, organisation, and time management skills.
- Basic numerical skill and good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Industry experience will be an added advantage but not essential.
