**Polyaire** is Australia's largest air-conditioning manufacturer and a market leader in design and distribution of air-conditioning products, with 25 branches located throughout Australia.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the primary focus of this role will be to assist internal and external customers in a manner consistent with the Company's sales and growth strategies, as well as providing support to our Commercial Sales Team.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the primary focus of this role is to assist in the administration as a part of the commercial team.

**The key responsibilities for this role include**:

- Support the administration and general enquiries of the commercial team
- Maintain and update customer/product database
- Arrange dispatch documentation for dispatch of goods to projects

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administration role
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
