**About Us**

InMotion Group is a multidisciplinary clinic that offers therapy services to children and adults in our community. Our clinics are based at Narellan south-west of Sydney and Wollongong and you will be part of our Administration team.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Managing the intake and assessment process for new and existing clients
- Coordinating the delivery of allied health and support coordination services
- Working with our clients to ensure we are providing services to meet their needs and NDIS plan budgets
- Completion and oversight of service agreements
- Providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
- Liaising with internal clinicians, support coordinators, and other InMotion Group team members to coordinate clinical care
- Manage relationships with referral partners and local service providers
- Maintaining accurate and timely records and reports
- Travel to client meetings offsite

**Position Requirements**:

- Experience in client services, customer service, or case management
- Current Working with Children Check
- Has or willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Check
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- A compassionate and respectful attitude towards people with diverse needs and backgrounds
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
