Apprenticeships R Us is looking for a **Trainee Service Advisor** for a large Heavy Vehicle workshop in the **Smeaton Grange** area. This role will combine on-the-job training whilst you work towards your **Certificate III in Business** qualification.

**What is a traineeship?**

A traineeship is a 12 month, paid job that will include hands on training alongside a skilled team of experts with structured learning in order to receive a **Certificate III in Business**. Following this qualification will allow the opportunity of getting promoted after completion.

**Some of your duties as a Service Advisor will include**:

- Determine if technical solutions can be resolved over the phone
- Accurately record issues and data into a Dealer Management System.
- Conduct transactions; walk customer through process and provide a summary of the service
- Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle
- Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer
- Follow up with customer on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed

**Essential Requirements**
- Have knowledge/experience in the Heavy Vehicle field
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent resident
- Be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Have a desire to learn
- Willing to travel to the Smeaton Grange area

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship
