In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the organisation's marketing and fundraising efforts. We are looking for a creative individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

As the Marketing & Fundraising Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various marketing activities, branding initiatives, and fundraising campaigns. Working closely with internal teams, external partners, and donors, you will contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our client’s products/services, enhance brand awareness, and drive fundraising initiatives. Your role will be crucial in advancing the mission, raising funds, and engaging supporters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation and Coordination**: Collaborate with the executive and management teams to develop a professional style guide and devise engaging content for collateral, website, social media platforms, and other channels. Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication and distribution of content.
- **Internal and External Media Coordination**: Assist in developing social media strategies, create and schedule social media posts, monitor comments and messages, analyse social media metrics, and stay updated on market dynamics.
- **Fundraising, Bequests and Planned Giving**: Develop and implement a strategy to promote bequests and planned giving opportunities, collaborate with legal and financial advisors, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper stewardship.
- **Campaign Coordination & Events**: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring fundraising and marketing campaigns across various channels. Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors, track campaign performance metrics, and coordinate logistics for company events.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing analytics tools.
- Basic design skills and familiarity with graphic design software.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
