**About the firm**

Our client is a high-end boutique firm in the heart of Sydney CBD. They provide a range of services from corporate, commercial, to energy and property, etc. They pride themselves on listening to the needs of clients and providing timely advice.

**Duties**

As a paralegal, you will be assisting lawyers with a wide range of property matters, predominately with leasing, as well as property development, conveyancing and property acquisition/disposal.

**About you**:

- Paralegal with at least 2 years’ experience in a property/leasing role;
- Strong file management skills;
- Excellent communication and drafting skills; and
- The ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
