**About the role**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us as a Recruitment Coordinator in Sydney. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources you will support the HR team with a focus on early careers including: recruitment activities; seasonal clerk and graduate recruitment campaigns; and other ad hoc HR requests.

This role will primarily provide recruitment support for the Australian HR team. You will work closely with our Recruitment Consultant based in Melbourne and will support the recruitment activities for each of our four offices.

Ideally, you will have administrative experience (preferably within a HR function) and have recently completed tertiary studies in HR; however, it's more important to us that you bring a proactive work style and a positive attitude.

**What does the role involve?**
- Providing general recruitment administration support including drafting offer letters, scheduling of interviews, drafting adverts and sending new employee forms
- Coordinating weekly new employee inductions
- Working closely with the Recruitment Consultant to deliver on national recruitment activities
- Providing general recruitment support to the Recruitment Consultant including, booking meeting rooms and processing recruitment invoices.
