As a key member of our People & Development team, you will provide essential administrative support to our recruitment function.

The Role

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in recruitment and human resources.

You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment processes, managing candidate and manager enquiries, scheduling interviews, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

You will also assist hiring managers with recruitment systems, interview coordination, and maintaining accurate recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment activities from job requisitions to advertising and onboarding
  • Manage candidate and manager enquiries via phone and email
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, pre-employment checks, and onboarding documentation
  • Assist hiring managers with recruitment systems and interview coordination
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure timely and professional responses
