**About the Role**

At Ramsay Clinic Hollywood, exciting upgrades are underway in our outpatient rooms, leading to a substantial expansion of our services in the months ahead.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of clinical and allied health professionals, taking charge of admissions across three inpatient wards and providing essential support for day program admissions and bookings.
- Hours of reception operating from 0800 to 1630.

**About you**

In this pivotal role, your positive attitude will shine as you set an example for the team. Cultivate a work culture that’s positive, friendly, cooperative and forward thinking.
- Previous experience in health services, particularly in collaboration with doctors, specialist, or within a hospital environment (highly regarded)
- Proficiency in medical billing
- Familiarity with health funds and contract interpretations
- Flexibility to adapt to rostering needs.

**Desirable qualifications**:

- Certificate in Medical Terminology
- Experience in hospital mainframes systems.

**Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $32.52 - $33.49 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances**

**Requirements**:
