We are currently on the lookout for a **Junior to Mid-Weight Product Designer** to build user-centric digital products for Australia’s biggest brands, in collaboration with our talented Product Lead and multidisciplinary creative team.

**The transformation you will experience**

This is an incredible opportunity to unleash your talent and be involved in product design activities which make up Discovery, Define, and Design projects. You will get to partner with clients who are some of Australia’s most exciting and iconic brands; and elevate your skills by helping them address complex client/user problems and transforming them into intuitive UI and UX designs.

**Your scope will include**:

- The end-to-end design of digital products including responsive websites and apps - from building wireframes to finished UI that implement dev-ready design systems in Figma
- Design work in Figma such as system build outs, design exploration tasks, writing documentation, creating component libraries, and developing prototypes
- Involvement in user research and analysis and incorporate feedback into design iterations
- Mapping out user flows, writing user stories and other UX-related tasks
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and other designers to deliver on projects

**What type of person will be successful in this role?**
- A junior to mid weight Product Designer with 3 -5 years’ experience, ideally in an agency environment
- A strong visual eye for beautiful user interfaces
- Proficiency in Figma** **building wireframes, prototypes, component libraries and design systems
- Experience with creating and maintaining design systems (experience with a complex multi-brand design systems - working with design tokens are a plus)
- Has been involved from workshop stage to conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.

- A solid understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and other designers and is comfortable with some ambiguity
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and present your work to stakeholders
- The ability to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously
