What is the role?
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Brisbane Head Office.
In this role, you’ll drive brand awareness and growth across all sales channels by executing innovative digital advertising strategies. Using engaging and relevant creative content, you’ll maximize results while effectively managing agencies to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered to a high standard.
What You’ll be doing
**As our Digital Marketing Coordinator you’ll**:

- Execute the global paid social strategy to improve customer reach and drive online sales.
- Create and manage engaging, audience-focused content that reflects the brand's voice and vision.
- Coordinate with external agencies to ensure the timely and quality delivery of the social strategy.
- Write, manage, and optimise paid social copy, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, promotional activities, and market relevance.
- Assist in developing reports on paid social performance, identifying key strengths, and recommending opportunities for growth.
- Brief creative teams on paid social asset requirements, providing clear direction to ensure high-quality, on-brand designs.
- Analyse digital channel performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to improve results.
- Collaborate with CRM teams to elevate the overall customer experience.
- Manage and optimise Google Shopping feeds to enhance visibility and performance.
- Support in reporting on search and shopping campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
- Plan and conduct usability tests, identifying user experience issues to enhance website performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing developments, leveraging them to inspire and implement positive change.
- Collaborate with vendors and provide clear direction to optimize digital channel performance, keeping Lorna Jane at the forefront of innovation.

Who We’re Looking For
**We’re seeking someone who has**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fashion retail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with paid digital platforms (Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in paid performance reporting or knowledge of Klaviyo is desirable.
- Ability to build and manage relationships.
- A proactive mindset and is open to change and new ideas.
