Thinkerbell represents the coming together of scientific inquiry and brilliant creativity - or as we like to call it, ‘Measured Magic’.
As a Lead Thinker Earned you’ll be responsible for leadership across our existing and new clients identifying and pursuing opportunities that align with Thinkerbell’s proposition and strategic goals. With a focus on Earned, you will drive the strategic thinking and creative process for our clients - providing strategic thinking, project planning, campaign implementation and financial management.
You will collaborate with our Thinkers and Tinkers Tinkers to produce innovative work for our clients.
We expect all of our Thinkers and Tinkers to push the boundaries of strategy and creative for our clients. We have a keen focus on building brand-led ideas through the entire customer experience, from insight to execution.
THE TASK AT HAND
As an agency we are changing the model, however we are respectful of the technical process of media, earned or production, for example. We are quick thinkers and tinkers as well as solving problems for our clients, but we need to ensure we build the right processes to ensure smooth running and delivery for our clients.
As a Lead Thinker with a focus on Earned, you thrive on developing sound strategic and creative solutions to help our clients build consistent branding, tone, design and messaging.
You look forward to further developing Thinkerbell’s Earned product with the wider team, as well as imparting your knowledge with the team so that they too understand the importance of Earned strategy and how it fits into Thinkerbell’s model and proposition of Measured Magic.
You are savvy and a well-connected Thinker, an excellent writer and constantly ahead of the curve on current trends and world news. You are a master at crafting and telling a story and love the challenge of looking for solutions that are outside of the box but working to a budget.
Your ability to develop in-depth, often complex communications plans for clients, is matched only by your proven ability to counsel and interact effectively with senior staff and clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Lead Thinker is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients and developing sound strategic and creative solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure a deep understanding of your clients’ business and objectives, craft appropriate strategies and identify/implement products to help achieve client goals
- Prioritise and set expectations on key deliverables
- Coordinate the day-to-day agency resources to ensure client projects are delivered at the highest quality, on-time and budget to impress our clients
- Accurately assess all work of internal and externals partners and provide corrective guidance where necessary Collaborate with our Thinkers, Tinkers and our clients to manage multiple projects through the different phases of production.
- Identify potential production risks and proactively and solutions to address these in advance Ensure accurate and realistic creative, print, digital, production and other briefs and estimates as necessary
- Produce comprehensive and accurate reports and project outlines (e.g. WIPs, project plans, timelines, campaign results etc)
- Producing accurate and realistic estimates and invoicing to ensure all work is billed accurately and timely
- Tracking, monitoring and reporting on the status of all jobs as defined by the client
- Attending client meetings and internal work-in-progress meetings and delivering presentations to staff and clients when required
- To evaluate and support the profitable running of your clients
- Analyse campaign and customer data to provide conclusions, implications, and actionable recommendations designed to improve the quality of future relationship marketing communications
- Responsible for day to day analytics for assigned clients, including QA of data and reporting templates
- Support team leads on any internal projects to further develop the analytics practice including implementation of analytical tools, techniques, processes, and frameworks
- Work with the broader agency to develop improvements to project management processes.
- Develop fellow Thinkerbells via coaching and mentoring
- Excellent organisational, time and management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of agency experience
- Comprehensive understanding of creative and marketing practices

**Salary**: From $106,500.00 per year
