We are looking for a **Partner Manager, Software **to be based in our Melbourne or Sydney office.
This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding and partnering with Information Software and IT System Integrators (SIs), Global Consultants and Advisors who advise and implement digitization and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions in manufacturing and other industrial environments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide partner recruiting, enablement and management guidance in Australia and New Zealand.
- Performance management of assigned partner relationships with agreed goals, targets and business reviews.
- Work with partners to ensure data integrity and visibility around deal lifecycle from registration through to revenue tracking.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Proactively leads joint partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- Leads the partner performance review process to ensure performance is in line with annual objectives and targets and to identify corrective actions where necessary
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Drive mutually beneficial marketing initiatives to promote market awareness and create opportunities
- Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
- Closely coordinates company executive involvement with partner and end-user customer management as appropriate.
- Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
- Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
**About You**:
- Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline, plus MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of related work experience
- Expertise in developing and managing partnerships with information system integrators, consultants, ISV’s and advisors
- Demonstrable experience in partner engagements with leading consulting organisations
- Sales Experience in driving revenue targets with partners
- Solid understanding of the different revenue models of partners in order to create the most effective engagement model
- Working knowledge in Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technologies and Industry 4.0
- Experience working in a matrix environment and large multi-national company
- Ability to travel (when conditions permit)
