Overview:

- Admissions OfficerFull-time, Fixed Term position until December 2025- Salary Level HEW 5 + 17% Superannuation- Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, and hybrid ways of working

Experience in international admissions, Studylink and PRISMS would be highly regarded. If you are enthusiastic and pride yourself on your high level of customer service, we would love to hear from you

To be successful in this position, you will have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, manage heavy workloads, maintain accuracy and meet deadlines, ability to work under pressure and be able to adapt to changing work practices.- Demonstrated ability to work in an office environment and manage administrative tasks accurately, promptly and efficiently as well as understanding a variety of systems.- Highly developed self and work organisation skills, including ability to work quickly and accurately, to prioritise tasks and to use initiative.
