Wattle College is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45676, CRICOS 03905A) based in the Melbourne CBD region. We are seeking an experienced admissions officer to join our vibrant team. The role includes creating offer letters and communicating with students regarding admissions at Wattle College.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Issuing letter of offers for International students
- Creating Confirmation of Enrolments (CoE's)
- Providing excellent customer service
- Providing support to International students
- Files and projects audited as per guidelines
- Ensure timely and accurately data entry in Student Management System
- Support marketing team
- Any other general administration duties

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Atleast 1 year experience of working with an RTO
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior knowledge of ELICOS and Vocational section
- Prior experience in Student Management Systems

Schedule:
