**The Role**

Key responsibilities include:

- Learning & managing our regulatory responsibilities in each state, with specific attention to wagering product approvals
- Utilising our In-House content filtering tools to ensure products are only in the states where we have regulatory approval
- Auditing of all content, filtering and processes as dictated by state regulations
- Collation and submission of sensitive documentation on behalf of our license holders in regards to errors, breaches, integrity concerns and wagering product approvals. \
- Monitor and respond to queries from multiple teams including Risk & Trading, Retail Wagering, Legal/Counsel & Commercial, whenever they appear.
- Analyse existing processes for possible inefficiencies, as well as developing new processes that help support the teams overall goals while driving efficiency.
- Supporting Senior members of the team in preparation for regulatory hearings and conversations

The FanDuel team in Melbourne adopt a flexible 5 day working week policy based on customer needs to ensure a great work-life balance for our staff. There is a requirement for some weekend work, but shifts will generally fall between 7am - 5.30pm allowing you to still have your nights This role is a hybrid position that has ability to work from home.

**About You**
- A quick learner with has excellent communication skills
- Able to react quickly in a high pressure fast paced environment.
- Proficient in excel and a genuine team player (if you love sports, even better but not essential)
