Compliance Analyst

You will Support business units by providing advice that will assist the business to comply with its legal, regulatory, license and statutory obligations.

**The opportunity**

We are looking for a dedicated Compliance Analyst to join our growing team. Your expertise will be in high demand across various business units, as you become the trusted source for compliance advice. Reporting to the Senior Compliance Manager, you will support the Compliance Management Framework and your tasks will include conducting compliance reviews of member and employer communications. You'll also provide compliance advice to various business units and review disclosure material. Additionally, you'll handle the regulatory reporting of incidents and breaches. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our organisation's compliance efforts.
- Support business units by providing advice that will assist the business to comply with its legal, regulatory, license and statutory obligations.
- Provide support to the Compliance Team to review and approve member and employer communications and disclosures.
- Identify, assess and implement regulatory change framework.
- Support to the Compliance Team to prepare and implement Compliance policies and guidelines.
- Manage the automated GRC Tool to identify, capture and assign compliance obligations as relevant to various business functions.
- Manage the Trustee's website disclosure obligations with respect to governance and associated registers.

**About you**
- 1- 3 years minimum experience working in the financial services industry with an interest in gaining exposure to the superannuation industry.
- An understanding of legislative and regulatory compliance requirements relevant to financial services industry' and specifically, regulatory disclosure.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain multi-level relationships.
- An ability and willingness to build up technical expertise in superannuation compliance obligations.
- High level of personal and business ethics.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce or law
- RG 146 Compliant
