We are currently seeking motivated, dynamic, and results-driven In-Home Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

**Position Overview**: As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting with pre-qualified, confirmed appointments and helping homeowners select the perfect decking solution for their needs. This is a unique opportunity for sales professionals with a passion for home improvement and an aptitude for building strong customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet with confirmed, high-quality leads for in-home consultations.
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored decking solutions based on preferences and budget.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our decking products, including design options, materials, and pricing.
- Close sales and ensure a seamless transition from consultation to installation.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in in-home sales or a related field (decking, home improvement, or similar industries is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and close sales with high-value customers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.65 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Commission
