**The Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, driven individual to join our friendly ParentsNext team as Parent Next Job Coach on a full-time basis based in Redfern.
As a Parent Next Job Coach, you will work individually and face to face with parents coordinating and facilitating their access to and involvement in training, work preparation and community services.
You will do this by:
- Work with Parents to complete their required participation plan and organise activities for them as per their plan goals
- Deliver services geared towards career planning and support services by providing support on effective resume writing, interview strategies and employment preparedness
- Collaborate and network with potential educators, community networks, organisations and employers to seek out opportunities for entering or re-entering the workforce
- Remain outcome-focused in delivering results to the participants and the Asuria ParentsNext team
