Protective Concierge

Protective Concierge role available for future a thinking, technology focused persons who have excellent communication and customer service skills to be part of the foundation security team working for one of our many prestige clients.

**Responsibilities**

As Protective Concierge you will interact with the client, scholars, students and members of the public in a highly visible role providing professional information services whilst ensuring the safety and security of people and assets. As the primary liaison point, the Protective Concierge will be responsible for accurate and timely response to all enquiries and developing operational efficiencies to improve performance. Function room set-up, emergency management assistance, facility bookings, general administrative responsibilities, will combine to underpin a diverse service standard presented by you daily.

- Full time position (40 hours/ week)
- Day shifts across 5 Days

**Requirements**‍
- Work Rights supporting permanent full time employment
- High-end customer service skills, enthusiasm, positive attitude and a drive to get things done
- An intermediate to advanced IT aptitude and a high level of technical curiosity
- Clear and audibly articulate speech for the purpose of radio operations
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Education industry security experience preferred
