**About the role**

Are you passionate about creating inclusive, engaged, and positive work environments? We're looking for a dynamic individual to help implement meaningful initiatives across our organisation. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering programs that foster belonging, amplify employee voices, and strengthen our workplace culture. From supporting diversity and inclusion strategies to coordinating employee listening activities, you'll collaborate with teams to elevate engagement and make a lasting impact.

**What you get to do**
- Support the delivery of D&I initiatives including events, awareness campaigns, employee network groups, and cultural calendar activities.
- Coordinate internal communications and content that promote inclusion, engagement, and positive culture, including maintaining internal platforms and storytelling.
- Assist with data collection and reporting to track process against D&I plans and listening strategy outcomes.
- Manage logistics for listening strategy activities and contribute to the analysis of feedback to inform culture-related actions.

**Skills and Requirements**
- Degree qualified (or working towards) in a relevant field (e.g. Human resources, social work, psychology, diversity and inclusion, or significant equivalent knowledge, skills and experience).
- Demonstrated experience in supporting diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across a large organisation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Understanding of the service’s operating environment.
