ABOUT THE ROLE
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Advisor to join our Sydney based P & C team. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and collaborative team. You will support and coach the business, in collaboration with the broader P & C team to deliver people solutions that support the business strategic goals. Key responsibilities will include:

- Act as a trusted advisor, providing quality generalist HR advice to leaders and employees on P&C related matters (i.e. employee relations, performance, remuneration, job evaluations, policies and procedures, remuneration reviews, WH&S)
- Partnering with stakeholders to develop workforce plans, talent management and succession plans and broader people strategies that have a meaningful impact on employee performance, engagement and effectiveness
- Ensure people related administration is completed accurately and efficiently
- Seek opportunities to streamline policies, procedures, and documents via a best practice lens.
- Support delivery of a range of projects aligned to the People and Culture Strategy.
- Be the first point of contact, advise and lead in relation to performance management, discipline, and termination, conduct workplace investigations and workplace changes.
- Facilitate efficient onboarding and offboarding, including undertaking exit interviews and turnover analysis/reporting.

ABOUT YOU
Are you a difference maker? We are seeking a motivated and switched-on P&C professional to join our close-knit P & C Team. You will be able to demonstrate:

- Tertiary Qualifications with at least 2-4 years HR advisory experience
- Solid understanding of AU and preferably NZ employment legislation
- Strong initiative and accountability with skills to manage complexity and ambiguity to get the job done
- Exceptional organisation skills to juggle conflicting priorities and stakeholder expectations
- High levels IT literacy and ability to learn new HRIS systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to build credible relationships and influence outcomes at all levels
- Ability to collaborate, work as part of a team and autonomously
- High level of interpersonal skills & attention to detail.
