We are currently seeking a staff member on permanent basis to join our team based at our offices in **Sunshine, Victoria**. Hybrid working arrangements are currently in place.

**The role**
With the focus on End to End Solution delivery and Business partnership, we are seeking an experienced ICT Portfolio Lead who can bring their skills and experience in:
- Leading, negotiating and influencing key stakeholders in the delivery of projects on time, to budget and specification, and delivering the quantified value
- Leading cross functional project teams to achieve a common goal
- Leading, mentoring, motivating and developing staff members.
- Management of project delivery schedules and overall ICT project portfolio risk.
- Organisational Change Management
- Feasibility assessment and benefit management
**About you**
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Local government experience is desirable
- Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, or information technology-related discipline and several years' experience working within a corporate information technology environment establishing project management practices.
- Substantial experience working within a portfolio, program, or project management office with performance oversight of a portfolio of IT projects or services, and experience in the coaching and development of staff.
- Highly developed communication skills, particularly the ability to liaise and consult with key stakeholders, and colleagues and build networking relationships and to prepare summaries, reports and submissions across varying levels.
- Knowledge and experience in using management tools, such as MS Project Online, MS Project for web, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft PowerBI.
- PMP/Prince2/Agle Certified or relevant experience.
- ITIL V3 Certified or relevant experience.

**Selection Criteria**
- Essential : Degree or diploma in business, commerce, or information technology-related discipline and several years' experience working within a corporate information technology environment entertaining project management practices.
