We’re looking for a confident, motivated, people-first leader to join our team as Club Manager at Anytime Fitness Cabramatta City.

**About the Role**
As Club Manager, you’re the face of the club — driving results, creating an incredible member experience, and leading with positivity.

You’ll be hands-on with:

- Managing club operations, sales performance & member experience
- Leading & mentoring a small team (casual staff & PTs)
- Creating engaging local content (stories, reels, interviews)
- Running community outreach & pre-sale activations
- Smashing KPIs with heart & authenticity

**Who We’re Looking For**
You’re a natural leader who loves:

Pay: $60,685.73 - $75,483.09 per year

**Benefits**:

- Gym membership

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
