**What You’ll Do**:
- Be the face of the hotel — greet and check-in guests with professionalism and a personal touch
- Handle guest departures, payment processes, and feedback with confidence and care
- Use Opera PMS daily to manage guest profiles, reservations, and billing
- Deliver seamless and efficient service across the front office functions
- Go the extra mile to resolve guest concerns and exceed expectations
- Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction
**About You**:
- Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent (Accor experience a plus)
- Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS is essential
- A guest-first mindset and natural problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills — additional languages a bonus
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends, public holidays, and evenings
- You love creating memorable moments and working in a collaborative, inclusive team
- Must hold current RSA certification

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $26.21 - $30.00 per hour
