About the Role:
As a Concierge Service Specialist, you'll be the friendly face that greets our guests, helping them feel at home with top-tier service. From reception to cashier duties, you'll set the tone for memorable experiences in our exciting new resort
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members and guests at the club entrances, setting the tone for their experience
- Manage the front club reception area, bringing efficiency to its smooth running.
- Provide detailed information on all resort amenities, services, and events, so everyone feels informed and cared for
- Assist club & hotel guests, with seamless service.
- Operate the club's cashier functions, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and providing a positive last impression.
- Answer inquiries and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring every guest's satisfaction.
- Assist with restaurant reservations and event ticket purchases, enhancing their leisure time.
- Promote membership options and assist with inquiries, so newcomers can join our vibrant community.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of local attractions and transportation options, providing local knowledge and insight.
- Ensure the area is clean, organized, and well-stocked, making it a haven of hospitality.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in club environmentwith an eye for detail and an intuitive understanding of guest's needs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, that allow you to connect with guests from all walks of life.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, so no task goes unfinished
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative culture.
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software, which will help you provide swift and efficient service.
- RSA/RCG certification (mandatory), emphasizing our commitment to responsible service and compliance.
Your Commitment:
- As a Concierge Service Specialist, you'll be an integral member of our team, ensuring exceptional service during Cabravale Club Resort's extended operating hours (across 7 days a week preferred).
- Cabravale Club resort operates 6:00 AM to 3:00 AM on weekdays, and until 6:00 AM on weekends, requiring a commitment to flexible shift availability within these times.
- This includes the ability to work within these hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and late nights, is essential.
- Ability to handle the lively, fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and a smile.
