As an Analyst in the T&O Enablement team you’ll play a crucial part in boosting Technology & Operations (T&O) profile both within Suncorp and beyond. Dive into the action by supporting logístical and operational components of our initiatives, assist with our people strategy, get hands-on with our Graduate and Intern programs, and participate in vibrant technology community events. Your efforts will continuously enhance how our people and stakeholders experience T&O’s top-notch services. Get ready to make a real impact and have a blast while doing it

**What you’ll do**:

- Support delivering a compelling narrative of Suncorp’s technology strategy, priorities, achievements and innovations, growing internal awareness and external recognition of what T&O does
- Work with senior members of T&O Enablement Team and Performance & Executive Office to ensure project plans and schedules are supported and delivery management and execution of initiatives that underpin our People Program (which includes the T&O Grad and Intern and STEM programs)
- Own the logistics of all T&O-wide events and campaigns included in the T&O comms plan and T&O Engage
- Partner with Capability Manager and other PC&A stakeholders to enable planning and delivery of large T&O-wide learning programs
- Manage data gathering and conduct research as required to support delivery of initiatives and enable impact measurement
- Editorial coordination point for T&O (including articles for the Group Newsroom on Spark, Awards submissions and external speaking opportunities)
- Support Domain-driven digital content (visual and written) in line with agreed processes, policies and governance
- Proactive in identifying and escalating issues that may impact T&O’s reputation.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or Project Management qualifications desired
- Experience working in a similar/related role with a track record of delivery on past projects
- Proficient in all Microsoft 365 products with experience in auditing, designing and building SharePoint sites
- Graphic design and video editing skills are desired
- Ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication, presentation and organisation skills
- Knowledge of graduate program design and recruitment, event management and communications
- A proven ability to manage people to contribute to delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable with structured analysis and problem solving
- High level of flexibility with the ability to find a path to delivery in ambiguous situations
