We have partnered with an Australian based Timber wholesale company in their search for logistics and operations manager to join them in a full-time position.

**About the role**
- Oversee production goals in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work to ensure mínimal disruption to production.
- Manage the logistics and transport of products between customers and suppliers.
- Ensure that yard operations are completed efficiently, and products are delivered on time and in accordance with customer and authority requirements, specifications, and quality expectations.
- Oversee and maintain stock levels.
- Review and implement effective processes, actively seeking improvement across operations, waste reduction and process efficiencies.

**To be successful, you will require**.
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and leadership in operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Scheduling and planning experience.
- Demonstrated ability to operate a warehouse, lead and motivate and enthusiastic team.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage operational staff.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment.
