The Opportunity
The Marketing Manager will focus on maximizing the value of Royal Randwick Shopping Centre and Northbridge Plaza through strategic marketing initiatives. This full-time role requires travel between the two centres, with an equal time spent at both.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with centre objectives.
- Implement marketing strategies to maximize customer traffic and retailer sales.
- Set objectives for campaigns, establish feedback processes, and measure results.
- Ensure all stakeholders are briefed on events and campaigns, adhering to health and safety policies.
- Maintain up-to-date marketing communication vehicles.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Support Digital Team to ensure websites and social media channels meet key objectives.

About You

You are a dynamic and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for driving results.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or communication roles, ideally within retail or shopping centre environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive negotiation, mediation, conflict management, and customer retention skills.
- Proven ability to develop and lead a high-functioning team.
