**Disability & Aged Care Support Worker - Outer Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne**

**Locations**: Doncaster, Ringwood, Croydon, Lilydale, Seville, Glen Waverley, Chadstone & surrounding areas
**Shifts**: Flexible - Early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends available

**About the Role**:
Castle Care & Co is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality care to our clients. Responsibilities will vary based on individual client needs and include:

- Personal care tasks such as showering, dressing, and hygiene assistance
- Meal preparation and assistance
- Community access and companionship
- Light cleaning and decluttering tasks

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Exceptional English skills - both verbal and written
- A compassionate and professional attitude with a genuine passion for care
- Current **First Aid and CPR Certification**:

- A **valid Police Check**:

- Relevant experience or training (preferred but not essential)
- Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends
