**About the Role**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Education Sales Consultant to join our award-winning Jacaranda team in Sydney. Reporting into our National Sales Manager the Education Sales Consultant will be responsible for establishing partnerships with key decision makers within secondary schools to offer innovative digital and print educational solutions across their allocated territory. We are seeking an individual who well developed skill sets within consultative and solution-based selling.

**How you will make an impact**:

- Work with key decision makers to advise on solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensure you retain our existing customers and win new business
- Build a comprehensive working knowledge of Jacaranda School products
- Build and maintain an accurate database of your customers, business activity and your pipeline progress towards goals in Salesforce
- Work collaboratively within our cross-functional team environment
- Join a team of passionate people that strive to make a difference

**We are looking for people who have**:

- A winning approach and proven track record within consultative and solution-based selling.
- Ability to meet, persuade, engage and forge strong relationships with key stakeholders at various levels in schools.
- The ability to work autonomously and the confidence to communicate and sell effectively in person and using different web-based tools
- Experience within managing a geographic territory whilst identifying prioritising activity providing the greatest return.
- Exceptional communication, organisational and analytical skills
- Digitally savvy, with an aptitude for learning new technology and systems
