Overview

We are expanding our team and looking to fill multiple positions for dynamic and results-driven Education Consultants in Sydney and Melbourne.

About the Role

As an Education Consultant, you will play a key role in fostering and managing partnerships with education agencies and partners across Australia. You will be responsible for promoting GEA's international education programs, supporting partners through the consultation process, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to document submission.

Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with education agencies and strategic partners
  • Provide consultation and ongoing support to agency partners
  • Act as a liaison between education institutions, agents, and partners
  • Meet and exceed assigned KPIs to contribute to business growth
  • Identify and resolve partner concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Organize and deliver training sessions for agents and partners
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Director Australia
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional foreign language is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in international education or study abroad consultancy
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills
