**Position Summary**

The trainer will facilitate the training programs and lead the participants from all level.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Overall, the key areas of responsibility include (but not limited to):

- Building rapport with participants
- Providing hands-on, practical skills training in areas such as; formwork, concrete, steel-fixing, roof tiling, carpentry, electrical and plumbing
- Contributing to the development of new learning activities
- Facilitating learning activities focused on work and health and safety protocols such as; hazard reviews, safe work method statements, and environmental issues and controls

**Key Experience and Qualifications**
- No previous training experiences required
- Must have current driver's licence and reliable car
- Previous trade or construction experiences is a bonus
