**About the role**

Join our Acratex team in Beverley** **as our new **Sales and Samples Support Officer **and play a crucial role in the smooth running of our sales and marketing functions.

This is a dual role, where most of your time will be spent in a hands-on capacity, helping the management and production of our samples, models, and displays of varying sizes - from personal homes to large corporate events - truly representing the Acratex group and its exciting new products to their fullest extent

This is a part-time, fixed-term role for 8 months that will require a commitment of 15 hours per week, distributed over 2 or 3 days, with some flexibility in the contact time.

**Responsibilities**
- Production of incoming sample requests and assignments
- Produce high-quality display requirements as needed
- Manage the storage and distribution of marketing collateral and product materials to help sales and the broader business

**Skills & Experience**
- Administrative abilities combined with excellent organizational skills
- Proactive ability to engage and create professional relationships
- The ability to produce high-quality representative samples of the product portfolio or an aptitude to develop and grow such skills is essential
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- The ability to be coached, guided, and mentored to succeed
