**Sales Coordinator - Metro Adelaide**
- **Permanent Full Time Salaried Role**:

- **Monday to Friday**:

- **Based at Beverley (6kms from Adelaide CBD)**:

- **Steppingstone to Sales Rep or Account Mngt Role**

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Identifying customer needs re deliveries, products, stock availability, pricing, etc.
- Handling customer complaints in a professional manner; investigate, negotiate and respond in a timely manner
- Processing of customer payments by phone or counter
- Maintaining flexibility in handling ongoing customer sales related queries by directing technical
- Processing and follow-up of quotes relating to a sale
- Maintain and update and/or notify Team leader/Office Manager of changes to customer contact details
- Recording, matching, checking and filing accounts, invoices, orders, requisitions, end of day banking, etc

Support and assist Counter Sales, reception and co-workers as and when required
- Be proactive within the Sales team providing good support, morale, passion and a fun environment to work in
