**Your Role**

As the Sales Support Team Leader, you will lead a team of phone based sales representatives who will be speaking to current Dulux accounts. As well as coaching and developing your team, you will lead by example speaking to key Dulux Trade account holders across the country.

This role and business function is key to enabling our Trade growth strategy. You will be supported with great leadership and structure that will set your team up for success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a high performing contact centre sales and service team which fully meets its objectives
- Ensure Outbound call completion for daily/weekly assigned requirements
- Manage and update customer key information within CRM database
- Ensure exceptional quality and customer service standards are active and maintained through call management observation and interdepartmental feedback

**Skills & Experience**
- Team leadership of a phone based sales team
- Strong listening skills with curious intent and empathetic approach
- Excellent communication skills with ability and confidence to ask open questions and seek deeper customer insights
- A target driven attitude ready to embrace KPIs
