Cafe Supervisor

**Description**:
What’s the opportunity?

We’re after a permanent full-time Café Supervisor to join our Veneziano Café in Surry Hills, Sydney. The Café Supervisor will work closely with our Café Manager, executing exceptional coffee and service standards. You'll have an eye for continuous improvement, especially when it comes to front of house operations.

You'll need to be comfortable coaching other café staff and empowering them to provide an exceptional customer journey.

Key skills & experience;
- Demonstrated experience leading teams on shift, ideally within specialty coffee or leading hospitality establishments;
- Prior experience undertaking day to day operational and administrative duties such as ordering stock, collating invoices, opening and closing procedures;
- Ability to delegate and lead by example;
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service;
- Experience in complex, fast-paced environments

You will be willing to undertake whatever activity is required to ensure our café runs smoothly and ensure our customers receive the very best coffee and hospitality experience every time

You must have full-time availability and be able to work Tuesday - Saturday.
