**We're Hiring: Bar Supervisor at Tucano’s - Surry Hills**

Tucano’s is on the hunt for a passionate and experienced **Bar Supervisor** to lead our vibrant team and keep the drinks flowing and the vibes high

Located in the heart of Surry Hills, Tucano’s is known for its colourful cocktails, playful energy, and buzzing weekly lineup of events - from Tiki Time and Disco Drag Brunches to late-night DJs and good times. We’re looking for someone who’s as passionate about great hospitality as they are about balancing a cocktail shaker.

**The Role**:
As Bar Supervisor, you’ll be the right-hand to the Venue Manager, running smooth, high-energy service and managing a small team across a fast-paced bar. You’ll be responsible for everything from training and motivating staff to overseeing stock levels, upholding drink quality, and hitting key financial targets. And of course, you’ll help us craft new seasonal cocktail menus and deliver the best possible experience for our guests.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced bar environment
- Strong cocktail knowledge and a love for industry trends
- Great communication, leadership and time-management skills
- Proven ability to lead a team and get the best out of others
- A current RSA
- A desire to grow with a creative, supportive, and industry-savvy team
