**Role Overview**:
As the first point of contact for daar clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer care. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting practitioners with their daily schedules and ensuring smooth office operations. Attention to detail and enthusiasm are highly valued in this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage patient bookings
- Manage Front Reception Area
- Maintain office cleanliness
- Meet and greet patients with professionalism and warmth
- Arrange venues for workshops
- Assist with report preparation
- Compile marketing materials for events
- Manage databases and patient data
- Handle invoicing and receipting of consultations

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist role, preferably within the health and medical field
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong administrative and organisation abilities
- Understanding of the NDIS
- A Certificate in Medical Receptionist is highly preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients and staff
- Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time
- Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with a one-hour break
- Ability to work on Saturdays
